Many of our competitors do not offer benefits. Consequently, ClearStaff South has designed obtainable benefits in the form of Holiday Pay.
To earn this benefit you must work a certain number of hours to receive the benefit. The process is simple.
With this benefit, along with other office-driven initiatives such as Christmas gifts, Halloween treats, food drives, and clothing drives, ClearStaff South will make you feel that you belong to a top notch organization.
Employee Benefits
A staffing agency is only as good as the employees it recruits and retains. ClearStaff South has designed our benefits program to pay out for you.
Holiday Pay is easy to earn with ClearStaff South. Once the employee has worked 750 hours, they will be eligible for holiday pay.
When an employee starts with us in January, they will earn the following days by the middle of May:
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving
- New Years Day
In addition, ClearStaff South offers a Health Care Program for employees which complies with the standards of the Affordable Care Act.
